Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the material laws of Switzerland.
The courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide and settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, the Commercial Court of the Canton of Zurich shall be the competent court, for all procedures which do not fall into the competence of the Commercial Court the district court of the city of Zurich shall be the competent court. Carey has the right to sue the Client before any other competent court.
