On 1 January 2020, the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA or FIDLEG) came into force. Under this legislation, trustees, among others, will have to comply with a large number of supervisory regulations before the end of 2022, which will not be easy to fulfil especially for individual and independent trustees.
But for trustees who do not wish to become licensed for operational and financial reasons, or those who want to use this opportunity to change their professional situation, Carey has developed a platform that could be considered as an alternative.
If this is the type of opportunity you are seeking, I would be happy to hear from you.
